Janice is an HR professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in various industries, including manufacturing, sales, service industries, and non-profit organizations. Janice has counselled businesses regarding compliance with the full range of labor, and benefits-related issues. She has worked as an HR leader in progressively larger companies, before making the leap to Delaney & Fritz to help build and perfect the HR and administrative functions.
