Professional Biography

Holly joined the firm in March of 2011 with a degree in Child Development/Family Relations, but quickly became familiar and intrigued with the oil and gas title searching world that Delaney & Fritz, PC, focuses on. Holly was trained as a title abstractor and analyst; researching surface, oil, gas, coal and leasehold owners in various counties in Pennsylvania, such as Greene, Washington, Westmoreland, Somerset, Indiana, Armstrong, etc.

Since then, Holly has taken on many roles at Delaney & Fritz, PC, including, but not limited to, assisting in reviewing chains of title and Certificate of Titles to ensure accuracy, overseeing various projects, and as of 2015, training others to be fellow title abstractors. She thoroughly enjoys helping others to understand chains of title, how to perform title searches, how to prepare a Certificate of Title, reading and locating property on maps, answering questions regarding understanding documents, or providing guidance to those who have questions about any of the above.
