Upon graduating from college, Linda was employed as a civil litigation paralegal from 2006-2010 in a venture which involved Michael Delaney, a co-founder of Delaney & Fritz, PC. In 2010, Linda was trained as a title abstractor. As an abstractor, she is responsible for researching surface, coal, oil and gas and leasehold ownership in various Pennsylvania Counties, drafting title abstracts and Ownership Reports, and preparing drafts of Certificates of Title, including defects, for review. In April of 2015 Linda was elevated to Abstracting Coordinator. In that role, she now responsible for fielding all incoming title requests and questions concerning those requests from clients. She maintains the firm’s calendar system to ensure that all requests are completed in a timely manner. In addition, Linda organizes group orders/projects and coordinate the work of the Abstracting Department.
